Acreside Homes was created to close the gap between property ownership and professional property management.

Our Story

Acreside Homes was built out of a simple observation: Nairobi's property market was growing faster than many agencies' ability to manage it properly.

Landlords were losing track of tenants, buyers were signing for properties they had not properly checked, and renters were dealing with agents who disappeared after the deposit cleared.

We started Acreside Homes to close that gap—handling sales, rentals and full property management under one roof, with the paperwork, communication and follow-through that Nairobi's property market has often lacked.
