These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.acresidehomes.co.ke (“the Website”), operated by Acreside Homes, a real estate agency based at Wakika House, Muranga Road, Nairobi, Kenya.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

Acreside Homes provides property sales, leasing and rental facilitation, property management, tenant sourcing, investment advisory and conveyancing support services, with the latter delivered through independent legal partners.

Information published on the Website, including property listings, prices, availability and area guides, is provided for general informational purposes and is updated periodically.

It does not constitute a binding offer, a valuation, or legal or financial advice and should be independently verified before any transaction decision is made.

Submitting an enquiry, lead form or booking form through the Website does not create a contractual, agency or client relationship between you and Acreside Homes.

A formal relationship is only established once a written agreement, such as a signed lease, sale agreement or management agreement, has been executed by both parties in accordance with the Law of Contract Act (Cap 23) of the Laws of Kenya.

While Acreside Homes takes reasonable care to ensure listings are accurate and current, property availability, pricing and specifications can change without notice, including where a property is placed under offer, let or sold.

Acreside Homes does not guarantee the continued availability of any listed property and is not liable for any cost or inconvenience arising from a listing that is no longer available at the time of enquiry.

You agree not to use the Website to submit false or misleading information, to scrape, copy or republish listing content or photography without written permission, or to use the Website in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation or that of Acreside Homes’ systems.

All content on the Website, including text, photography, logos and the Acreside Homes brand marks, is the property of Acreside Homes or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act (Cap 130) of the Laws of Kenya.

No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.

The Website may reference or link to third parties, including legal partners providing conveyancing services and property portals.

Acreside Homes is not responsible for the content, accuracy or conduct of independent third parties, and any engagement with them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted under Kenyan law, Acreside Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or reliance on information published on it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, without prejudice to any statutory right to refer a dispute to alternative dispute resolution.
